ICCSD partners with FPC to provide spiritual training and Christian education for our children.  Since our children are not only gifts from God but the future of the Church, we endeavor to plant seeds of God's love in their hearts in our volunteer service at the Sunday school.  We want to provide a healthy environment and Christian instruction for our international children to grow and mature in God's grace.  

Here are expectations of our volunteers:

• A volunteer goes to Sunday school for preschoolers (3 to 5 years old) at First Presbyterian Church during church service 
• The volunteer helps a teacher as a teaching assistant (making sure children are listening to stories, serving snack, helping craft, playing with children, etc.).
• Most importantly, example and share God's love with the children.
• Each volunteer volunteers at least once a month.  (Children ministry needs at least 4 people.)

Requirements

• Have a love for children and a desire to share God's love with them
  
• Experiences or skills with children are NOT required. (Training is available if necessary.)
