We can give to God out of obligation, a spiritual discipline or out of a transformed heart. Often it is a combination of all three depending on the spiritual seasons of our lives. As we become aware and reminded of the generosity of God towards us in all areas of life, and encounter that undeserved generosity, our hearts become transformed towards greater generosity – this is the kind of generosity and giving we want to move towards.
If you have joined our public Annual General Meeting, Half-Year General Meeting and frequent updates, you will know how we steward the giving entrusted to us. Unlike many organizations that spend within their means, we always set a higher budget every year by faith because we want to increase our church’s giving to missionaries and ministry partners. We also have a Benevolence fund that supports countries, organizations and individuals who face emergencies, disasters (such earthquake and tsunami tragedies) and personal tragedies. Members are welcome to request and view our financial statements.
Being an international church with members and returnees who return to their own countries or relocate, our giving comes from multiple sources and locations. Some of you give when you worship with us on Sundays while others continue to faithfully send in their checks from afar. Some of you give through Paypal, the online banking service. We are so grateful for your continuous giving and tithing even though you have relocated.

For those of you who want to financially support ICCSD, you can do so by checks, payable to ICCSD. You will receive a year-end summary of your contributions that you can claim as a tax-deductible when you do your taxes since we are a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization. Alternatively, you can use our Paypal link to make it easy for you to give from anywhere in the world. Whichever way you give, you will still receive a tax-deductible receipt of your generous giving at year’s end. Let us know if you want your giving to go to the Benevolence fund by indicating in the memo area of your check “Ben Fund.”
